The DeliverHere Pro app costs $3.99 USD.




How do I save properties to My Properties?


  1. Login with your username and password
  2. Tap on the property you want to add
  3. The Property Details screen will appear
  4. Tap the Add to Favorites button
  5. Tap Ok
  6. The property will be listed under My Properties on the My Profile page




How do I remove property maps from My Properties?


  1. Tap on the property you want to remove from My Properties list
  2. The Property Details screen will appear
  3. Tap Remove
  4. Tap Ok
  5. The property will be removed from My Properties list




How do I add notes to a property?


  1. Login with your username and password
  2. Tap on the property you want to add notes to
  3. The Property Details screen will appear
  4. Enter notes in the text box
  5. Tap Save Notes
  6. Tap Ok
  7. The notes will be saved to for the property




How do I edit notes to a property?


  1. Tap on the property you want to edit notes on (from My Properties list)
  2. The Property Details screen will appear
  3. Update notes in the text box
  4. Tap Save Notes
  5. Tap Ok
  6. The notes will be updated and saved to for the property




How can I upload a property map to be added to the app database?


  1. Tap on the Menu icon from the home screen
  2. Tap Upload Map
  3. Tap Camera
  4. Tap Allow to Allow the app to access your camera
  5. Take picture of property map
  6. Enter the name of the property
  7. Enter the address of the property
  8. Tap Upload
  9. We will review the property map to ensure it meets our standards and then make it available to all users




How can I contact DeliverHere Support via the app?


  1. On the home page, tap the Envelope/Mail icon or Tap on the Menu icon from the home screen and Tap Contact Us
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Tap the dropdown and select a subject
  4. Enter Message
  5. Tap Submit
  6. We will respond within 24 hours




How do I search a resident ID (ResID)?


You can search a ResID by clicking menu icon (on My Profile page - upper left-hand corner) and clicking Search Resident ID. Note: If a resident has their delivery profile disabled, you will not be able to view their delivery profile.
