How much does the app cost?
How do I save properties to My Properties?

Login with your username and password -
Tap on the property you want to add -
The Property Details screen will appear -
Tap the Add to Favorites button -
Tap Ok -
The property will be listed under My Properties on the My Profile page
How do I remove property maps from My Properties?

Tap on the property you want to remove from My Properties list -
The Property Details screen will appear -
Tap Remove -
Tap Ok -
The property will be removed from My Properties list
How do I add notes to a property?

Login with your username and password -
Tap on the property you want to add notes to -
The Property Details screen will appear - Enter notes in the text box
- Tap Save Notes

The notes will be saved to for the property
How do I edit notes to a property?

Tap on the property you want to edit notes on (from My Properties list) -
The Property Details screen will appear - Update notes in the text box
- Tap Save Notes

The notes will be updated and saved to for the property
How can I upload a property map to be added to the app database?
- Tap on the Menu icon from the home screen
- Tap Upload Map
- Tap Camera
- Tap Allow to Allow the app to access your camera
- Take picture of property map
- Enter the name of the property
- Enter the address of the property
- Tap Upload
- We will review the property map to ensure it meets our standards and then make it available to all users
How can I contact DeliverHere Support via the app?
- On the home page, tap the Envelope/Mail icon or Tap on the Menu icon from the home screen and Tap Contact Us
- Enter your email address
- Tap the dropdown and select a subject
- Enter Message
- Tap Submit
- We will respond within 24 hours
How do I search a resident ID (ResID)?
You can search a ResID by clicking menu icon (on My Profile page - upper left-hand corner) and clicking Search Resident ID.
